Getting up and running with Wenite is straightforward. Within a single session you can have your practice profile configured, your first client added, and your first scan ready to send. This guide walks you through every step from requesting access to reviewing your first results in the client dossier.
Wenite is purpose-built for P&O consultants. You do not need to start from zero — you can import instruments and surveys you already use in your practice and have them live inside Wenite immediately.

Steps to get started

1

Request access

Wenite is available by invitation. Visit the contact page to book a discovery call with the Wenite team. During the call you will walk through your practice, your current workflow, and how Wenite can fit in. Access is granted after the discovery call.
2

Set up your account and practice profile

Once you receive your invitation, log in and complete your practice profile. Add your practice name, logo, and contact details. This information appears on client-facing reports and your shared client portal, so take a few minutes to make it accurate and professional.
3

Add your first client

Navigate to the Cockpit and select Add client. Fill in the client organisation’s name and any relevant details. Wenite immediately creates a dedicated client dossier — an isolated workspace that will hold every survey, report, follow-up, and note related to this organisation.
4

Import or build your first scan

Open your client’s dossier and go to the Instruments section. You have two options:
  • Import an existing questionnaire or survey you already use in your practice.
  • Build a new scan using Wenite’s instrument builder, where you can add questions, set response scales, and configure logic.
Either way, your instrument is now stored in Wenite and ready to reuse across future clients.
5

Run your first data collection

With your scan ready, launch a data collection round. Enter the email addresses of the employees you want to invite, set a deadline, and send. Wenite handles the invitations, reminders, and response collection automatically. You can monitor response rates in real time from the client dossier.
6

Review results in your client dossier

Once responses are in, open the dossier to explore the results. Smart dashboards aggregate the data automatically. From here you can generate a report, add your own analysis and recommendations, and decide which parts of the dossier to share with your client contact through the client portal.
Open the Cockpit from day one — even with a single client. The Cockpit is designed to give you a live portfolio overview, so as you add more clients the value compounds. Getting into the habit of working from the Cockpit early makes scaling your practice much smoother.
