Here are the questions we hear most often from P&O consultants considering Wenite, just starting out, or scaling up their practice. If your question isn’t here, the team is always happy to talk it through directly.
No. A survey tool gives you a form and a spreadsheet. Wenite runs your entire client trajectory. That means project planning, structured follow-up, data collection through scans, and the synthesis of everything you gather into a living dossier — one that grows and evolves as your engagement does. The dossier is the deliverable: a substantiated, documented foundation for the advice you give your client.Surveys and scans are one input into that process, not the product itself.
Yes. Wenite is a workbench, not a straitjacket. If you have scans, assessment instruments, or frameworks you’ve developed over years of consulting practice, you can import and use them inside Wenite.Everything you create or bring into the platform stays yours. Wenite does not claim ownership of your methodology, your instruments, or the content of your dossiers. Your intellectual property is your competitive advantage — we’re not in the business of absorbing it.
You decide what to share, and you stay in control. Wenite includes a client portal that lets you grant a client visibility into specific parts of their dossier — the sections you’ve prepared and chosen to make available.Your client cannot see anything beyond what you’ve explicitly shared. They cannot edit your working notes, access other clients’ data, or see the full internal structure of your dossier unless you’ve opened that up. The relationship stays consultant-led, and the dossier remains your professional instrument.
Yes — Wenite is built for exactly this. Managing an active portfolio of clients is the standard use case, not an edge case. Each client has a completely separate dossier, a separate project timeline, and separate data. Nothing crosses over between clients. You can move between engagements cleanly, and the structure of each dossier remains coherent no matter how many you are running in parallel.
Wenite is GDPR compliant. Your client data is processed exclusively within the EU, lives within your account, and is never shared with or accessed by Wenite for commercial purposes. As the consultant collecting employee data, you are the data controller — Wenite is your data processor. Scans are run anonymously by default, so employees are not individually identified. You hold the controls over what data is collected, how long it is retained, and what your client can see.Wenite is also on an active ISO 27001 certification trajectory, on track for Q3 2026, which will add independently audited security governance on top of our existing GDPR foundation.See GDPR compliance and data privacy for the full picture.
Absolutely. Wenite is designed to be genuinely useful from your very first client, not just once you’ve reached some threshold of scale. If you are an independent P&O consultant running one or two active engagements, Wenite gives you the structure and professionalism of a much larger practice without the overhead. As you grow — more clients, more projects, possibly associates or a small team — the platform scales with you. There’s no moment where Wenite becomes “too big” for your practice or, for that matter, too small.
Before closing your account, you can export your data from the platform. Your dossiers, scan results, and project records are yours to take with you. After account closure, your data is deleted from Wenite’s systems in line with our retention policy. We don’t hold onto your client data after you’ve left — it either goes with you through an export or it is permanently removed. If you have specific retention obligations tied to client contracts or professional regulations, make sure you’ve exported what you need before closing your account.
Yes. The best first step is to book a short discovery call with the Wenite team. It’s a 30-minute conversation — no sales pitch, no pressure — where we look honestly at whether Wenite is a good fit for your practice and how you work.Book a call at wenite.io/contactIf Wenite is not the right tool for where you are right now, we’ll tell you that too.
Yes, for both. A solo consultant gets a clean, structured environment for running client trajectories without administrative overhead. A small agency or HR consultancy gets the same, with the added ability to bring in team members, manage permissions across your practice, and keep each consultant’s client work properly separated. There is no separate “agency version” — the same platform scales from a one-person practice to a growing team without a disruptive product change.
Wenite’s data collection layer is designed to work alongside the instruments and tools you already use. You can import existing scans and assessment frameworks, and the platform connects with the data sources that are part of your standard consulting workflow.Additional integrations are available and the integration surface is growing. If there is a specific tool or system that is central to how you work, reach out and let us know — contact@wenite.io.
