1. What is the Hub?

The Hub is Wenite’s employee-facing product for continuous listening. Where a Pulse survey gives a periodic snapshot, the Hub is always-on: employees use it daily, and data accumulates continuously. Employees check in, answer daily questions, discover offers in the marketplace, read content, and talk with virtual coaches. The Hub requires a CONTINUOUS license on the client (see the Clients & Licensing guide). When enabled, a Hub section appears on the client’s landing page, with shortcuts to Dashboard, Marketplace, Content, and User activity.
Not all Hub features are managed from the consultant portal. This chapter covers all Hub components conceptually, but clearly marks what you manage from the portal and what is configured elsewhere (in the employee app or the backend).

2. Pulse vs Hub — the difference

Both products share the same KPI and module framework from the Library.

3. Conceptual — not configurable from the portal

The following Hub components exist in the product but are not configured from the consultant portal. They’re managed in the employee app or at the platform/backend level.
This distinction reflects the current state of the portal. If management of these components is later brought into the portal, this chapter should be updated.
  1. Check the license — Hub functionality only appears with a CONTINUOUS license.
  2. Populate the Hub with content — publish relevant articles/tips regularly and track the Read count.
  3. Build an appealing marketplace — add offers with a well-considered point value and the right access setting.
  4. Track wellbeing via the Hub dashboard and the User activity page (see the Company Analysis guide).
  5. Be transparent about the boundaries — explain to clients that check-ins, daily questions, coaches, and self-scans are managed outside the portal.
