1. What does the CRM module do?

The CRM module manages clients (companies) and their access to the Wenite platform. As a consultant, you create clients here, configure which features they see, and manage users and their permissions down to a granular level. You’ll find the overview under Clients in the left-hand navigation panel.

2. The client overview

The client overview shows all clients you have access to, in a searchable table. For each client you see the logo, name, product tier, license type, and whether it’s a reseller. Use the search field to quickly filter by name. Use Add client to start a new client.

3. Creating or editing a client

Under New client, you fill in the details. The edit screen is divided into tabs: General info, Permissions (available only after the client has been created), Placeholders, and Socio-demo questions.

3.1 General info

Set the product tier based on what this engagement actually needs, not the client’s overall size — tier gates Hub access (Scale-only) and other features, so picking a lower tier than required means revisiting this later. If you’re not sure whether a client will want Hub, it’s easier to start on Scale than to upgrade mid-engagement.

3.2 White-labelling (theme)

For resellers on a Grow or Scale tier, you can customize the look: primary, secondary, and accent color, plus a font. This lets you present the portal in the client’s own branding.
Theme settings only appear for resellers on the Grow or Scale tier. There is no white-labelling available on Start or None.
  1. Create the client first with the right tier and license (PULSE or CONTINUOUS) — this determines which features become available.
  2. Use white-labelling for reseller clients on Grow/Scale to match the portal to their branding.
  3. Then set up users and permissions — see the Users & Permissions guide.
