The Cockpit is your home base in Wenite. Every time you open the platform, it gives you an immediate read on your entire consulting practice — which clients are active, what projects are in flight, and what needs your attention today. Instead of piecing together a mental picture from scattered emails and folder structures, you get one clear, consolidated view the moment you log in.

What you see in the Cockpit

The Cockpit surfaces everything relevant across your portfolio in a single screen. At a glance, you can see:

Active Clients

A live list of every client currently in your portfolio, with quick indicators showing engagement status and recent activity.

Open Projects

All running trajectories across your client base — so you always know what stage each engagement is in.

Pending Actions

Outstanding follow-ups, upcoming scan deadlines, and unreviewed results that need your attention.

Quick Navigation

One-click access into any client dossier, project, or data collection round — without digging through menus.
The Cockpit is intentionally high-level. It is not where detailed work happens — it is where you orient yourself so you always know exactly where to focus next. Clicking on any client in the Cockpit takes you directly into that client’s dossier. From there you have access to everything tied to that engagement: survey results, reports, project timelines, and the full history of your work together.
1

Spot the client

Find the client in your active client list. Clients are shown with their most recent activity and any open actions.
2

Click through

Click the client’s name or card to open their dossier. You land directly in their workspace.
3

Pick up where you left off

The dossier shows your latest activity, open projects, and any pending items for that client — so you can continue work without any ramp-up time.

Managing multiple clients

Each client in Wenite has a completely isolated dossier. Their data, reports, and history are entirely separate from every other client in your portfolio. You never have to worry about information from one engagement bleeding into another. The Cockpit is the one place where all those isolated workspaces are visible together. This makes it the right tool for portfolio hygiene: spotting clients who have gone quiet, identifying engagements that are overdue for a follow-up, or making sure no active project falls through the cracks. When your portfolio grows, the Cockpit scales with you. Whether you are managing three clients or thirty, the structure stays the same — one overview, full clarity.
Make it a habit to open the Cockpit at the start of each working week. A two-minute review of pending actions and open projects is enough to set your priorities and make sure nothing is slipping. Think of it as your weekly practice health check.
