The Client Dossier is the single source of truth for everything you know about a client. Instead of your work being spread across email threads, local folders, and spreadsheets, every piece of it — past and present — lives in one structured, searchable place. The dossier grows with each engagement, so the longer you work with a client, the richer and more useful their record becomes.

What’s inside a dossier

Every client dossier in Wenite is a self-contained workspace. It holds all the material from your engagement in one place, organised so you can find and act on it immediately.

Surveys & Scan Results

Reports

Every report you have generated for this client, linked directly to the data it was built on.

Benchmarks

Scores and trends built up across rounds, giving you the longitudinal data to make substantiated recommendations.

How the dossier compounds

The real value of the dossier shows up over time. When you start a new project with an existing client, you are not starting from zero. Their history is already there: previous scan scores, earlier reports, the recommendations you made and what came of them. This means each new engagement with a returning client begins sharper. You can compare current results against past rounds, identify what has changed, and build advice grounded in a continuous record rather than a one-off snapshot. The dossier turns repeat engagements into compounding insight rather than repeated ramp-up. Even for new clients, the structure is ready from day one. As data accumulates, so does the depth of your advice.

Client isolation

Every client has their own completely separate dossier. Data from one client is never visible from another client’s workspace, and there is no way for records to become mixed. You can work across a large portfolio with confidence that each client’s information stays exactly where it belongs. This isolation also matters when it comes to access control. If you choose to share parts of a dossier with a client contact, you share selectively — and only from within that client’s workspace.

Sharing with clients

Wenite lets you open up specific parts of a client’s dossier to a nominated contact at that organisation. You stay in full control of the complete picture; you decide what they can see. This is covered in detail in the Sharing with Clients guide.
All client data lives exclusively within your Wenite account. Nothing is shared with or accessible to any other consultant on the platform. Your clients’ data is yours to manage and protect.
