# Content & Marketplace

> Managing Hub articles, marketplace offers, and the Hub dashboard from the portal.

## 1. Content (Articles)

Under **Content**, you manage the posts and articles employees see in the Hub. Use **New post / Add content** to create an item, including:

* Title, header image, description, and the content itself (multilingual)
* **Content type** (e.g. text/tip, video, download)
* Provider, tags, an optional redirect URL, and an estimated consume time (in minutes)

In the overview, each item shows its **Availability** (Available / Archived), Type, Provider, and **Read count**. Items are archived rather than hard-deleted.

## 2. Marketplace (Solutions)

Under **Solutions**, you manage the offers employees can redeem with their Wenite points. Use **New solution** to create an offer.

**Offer types:**

| Type                       | Description                                   |
| -------------------------- | --------------------------------------------- |
| **Redemption code**        | A single, generic code.                       |
| **Unique redemption code** | A batch of unique codes (uploadable via CSV). |
| **Subscription**           | A recurring offer.                            |
| **Download**               | A downloadable file.                          |

**Key settings:**

| Setting                                               | Description                                      |
| ----------------------------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| Title, description, and images | Multilingual. |
| Point value | The cost in Wenite points. |
| Maximum number of redemptions | Total and per user. |
| Multiple redemptions | Whether a user can redeem it more than once. |
| Access | Available to all clients or to selected clients. |
| Redemption button, redemption message, redemption URL | Configuration of the redemption experience. |
| Email notification on redemption | Optional. |

The overview shows, among other things, the number **Redeemed** versus the **Max**.

<Tip>
  You can also manually redeem employee points for a user via **Redeem employee points** on the user detail page (see the [Users & Permissions guide](/product/crm/users-and-permissions)).
</Tip>

## 3. Hub dashboard (analytics)

The Hub dashboard shows the continuously collected data: the trend of the daily "How are you doing?" check-in, wellbeing scores, module performance, and demographic breakdowns. It works identically to the Company Dashboard (see the [Company Analysis guide](/product/company-analysis)): Overview/KPIs/Modules/Insights tabs, filters, time range, and benchmarks.

<Note>
  The Hub dashboard is **read-only**: you view results there, but you don't configure the check-in or the questions from it.
